Video editing

I'm sure if you're reading this then you probably make your own videos and have your own preferences, but I just want to say I have a lot of experience with this subject.

Overall, Sony Vegas Pro 10 is THE best editing software for the "Average Joe" who likes to make good quality videos! I've tried TONS of video editing software and only Sony has proved them self with their editing software! I'm not sponsored by Sony or anything, I'm just saying they make really good quality software that almost anyone can learn to use....really easily!!!

For a more advanced person, I would recommend Adobe After Effects or Autodesk Smoke. They are both very similar but I found AE to be a little harder to learn compared to Smoke. That being said, Smoke is currently only for Mac. :( I've emailed Autodesk a bunch of times asking if they'll make a Windows version of Smoke and their answer is "We are committed to continuously improving the service you receive. We value your opinion, both about what we did well and what we could have done better. "

That doesn't sound like an automated response at all!!! (sarcasm, if you couldn't tell) Oh well, if you didn't know Autodesk has a ton of video software for 3D effects and if you combine that with Smoke (and if you have a fast enough computer running OSX) you get an AWESOME video!!!!
